The self catering + the Tea House make a total of 1,400 sq ft (130m2) until 8 vacationers. However, it is possible to add spaces within the house thus making it possible to accommodate more people depending on the project. The total rented area can then go up to 1,583 sq ft (240m2) until 16 vacationers (on request).

The Tea House
​It is made out of the self catering and The Tea House (separated from the self catering). ​You can rent the self-catering for 4-5 persons. It is entirely equipped, with all necessary commodities.

You can also rent The Tea House together with the self catering for up to 7 persons, or for less persons for your great comfort! The Tea House however cannot be rented separately.​ The rental price depending on the chosen option, the number of persons and the season. (More details other heading).
